Payment Policy

We accept as forms of payment all major credit cards and PayPal.  We also accept checks but merchandise purchased by check cannot be released until the funds have cleared.

Shipping Policy

All our cookers except the BBQ 26 and BBQ26S are shipped by common carrier.  Most other items in our online store and accessories purchased after the sale of a cooker are shipped UPS.  If you have any questions about shipping, please call 877-BBQ-3939.

When placing your order it’s helpful if you provide besides the normal information:
Is the shipped to address a business or a residence
A phone number where you can be easily reached
By what date do you need the item

Many items can be shipped immediately if in stock but still allow 5 days.  Depending on the time of year, cooker deliveries could take 2 to 3 weeks.

We can only shipped within the United States and Canada.

Items delivered in New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Payment on returns will be the purchase price less any shipping.  Call 877-BBQ-3939.

If an item is found to be defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Privacy Policy

Through the course of doing business we collect personal information that is given to us voluntarily such names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers etc.  We will not share or sell this information to anyone except if required by law or governmental agencies.  We may send you updates, new releases, newsletter, recipes or sales information from time to time.  You have the right to opt out at anytime.
