Catfish Bread

    4-6 Catfish fillets around 1.8 – 2 pounds.

    5-6 green onions

    1/2 tsp Garlic powder or Garlic salt

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 stick butter or margerine

    1 can chopped Black Olives

    2 cups Mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    2 loaves of French Bread

    Bake Catfish at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Treat them with Malcom Reeds King Craw and or greek seasoning. You can also use 3 drops of liquid smoke on each filet.

    Combine fish after cooked and mix with all other ingredients. Spread on French bread and cook on 350 until warm.

    Add more cheese on top of mixture before the final bake. Also generously season the fish filets.
