We accept as forms of payment all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept checks but we reserve the right to hold the merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared..
Shipping Policy-Smokers & RoastersAll our cookers except the BBQ 26 and BBQ26S are shipped by common carrier. Most other items in our online store and accessories purchased after the sale of a cooker are shipped UPS. If you have any questions about shipping, please call 877-BBQ-3939.
When placing your order it’s helpful if you provide besides the normal information:
Is the shipped to address a business or a residence
A phone number where you can be easily reached
By what date do you need the item
Many items can be shipped immediately if in stock but still allow 5 days. Depending on the time of year, cooker deliveries could take 2 to 3 weeks.
We can only shipp within the United States and Canada.
Items delivered in North Carolina will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
Return PolicySmokers and Roasters
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product being returned must be in original brand new condition free of any signs of wear, use, scrapes or damage. Return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Payment on returns will be the purchase price less any shipping. Call 877-BBQ-3939.
Accessories, Seasonings and Sauces
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase on unopened packaging. Payment on returns will be the purchase price less any shipping. Food products must be unopened and in the manufactures original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened food products.
Through the course of doing business we collect personal information that is given to us voluntarily such names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers etc. We will not share or sell this information to anyone except if required by law or governmental agencies. We may send you updates, new releases, newsletter, recipes or sales information from time to time. You have the right to opt out at anytime.
