Eat Barbecue: IPO
A young, impressionable barbecue sauce once went on a road trip to Memphis and the Carolinas, finally returning back home to Kansas City. That’s the best way to describe IPO. If you’re reading this, it’s obvious that you have good taste. Twelve years in the making, IPO is the first product I’ve ever offered. What’s more, it’s a sauce that made me national champion and the best pork rib cook in the country. On the thinner side, it has some sweetness, vinegar twang, and maybe a little warmth on the back of your throat. Amazing on just about anything, this sauce will have you preaching the gospel of barbecue in no time.
